Best Time for Venus Gardens Wedding Photos | Las Vegas Venue Photography Tips
Samantha and Phillip drove all the way down from LA on a beautiful Tuesday morning, trusting me with their vision for timeless, elegant, and editorial engagement photos at Venus Gardens before their October wedding. It truly felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves, and I am so obsessed with how these photos turned out—the architecture, the light, the way you two moved together made everything feel so intentional and stunning. I can't wait to capture the both of you in October for your formal wedding because I already know the wedding photos are going to be killer. Sending all of my love to you in the meantime 🤎

The Best Timing and Lighting To Take Desert Engagement Photos
My sister from another mister came to visit me the other week, and these are some of my favorite photos I've taken in a while. Trish and Ronaldo are freshly engaged. When I saw their proposal photos, I literally cried SO FAST. So imagine my reaction when they asked me to take a few photos of them here in Vegas, where Trish and I grew up together, laughed together, played together. It was so bittersweet. Now we're just a few months away from their wedding day in Draper, Utah, and I'll have the privilege of helping photograph their I do's. It's such a beautiful and exciting time right now.

Baylee and Wayne told their friends and family they were coming to Vegas for a bachelor and bachelorette party. But here’s the thing!!!! Instead, they secretly planned an entire wedding, loaded 18 unsuspecting people onto a party bus, and surprised everyone by showing up in full wedding attire with one announcement: "Surprise, we're getting married right now." And honestly? It was one of the most fun, easygoing, and genuinely joyful weddings I've ever photographed.

How to Make a "Cheesy" Vegas Elopement Look Like a Vogue Editorial
Mari and Maged proved something I've been saying for years: Vegas elopements don't have to look cheesy.
Even when you literally elope at the cheesiest chapel in Vegas.
They did the full Vegas experience—iconic chapel, neon lights, the Vegas sign—and their friends said these were the best wedding photos they'd ever seen. Not just good. Not just pretty. The best.
Here's exactly how we made it happen.
What Happens When Two UK Introverts Decide Traditional Weddings Aren't for Them
They fly across the world to Las Vegas, elope at a vintage blue chapel, eat pizza on Fremont Street, and end the night under glittering neon lights. At least, that's what Jess and Tom did. And honestly? It was one of the most intentional, relaxed, and beautifully them elopements I've had the privilege of photographing.

The Nurse And The Football Coach Got Married In Vegas!

An Angel Fell From Heaven And Landed In Front Of My Camera
Lauren’s look was stunning. Not gonna lie, i was fully not expecting her to look like that at all. Behind the screen was just sweet, soft-spoken ANGEL who I would have guessed was going to wear a big floofy long dress with a slick back bun. WRRRRONNNG. Lauren showed up - wearing the chic-est dress i’ve ever seen, full hourglass, hair and makeup done by THE BEST, and a bangin’ bod for a mom of MULTIPLES. I guess I wasn’t wrong - Lauren surely was an angel.
What If It Rained On My Wedding Day? And It Did.
Other practical things we did that made a huge difference in the rain was taking all of her photos as early as humanly possible (note to self; rain only gets worse through the day, not better) and moving the ceremony inside. Ultimately, the lighting was practically the same except one location was much colder and more wet. And - we still got the shots Megan loved. We ran outside and risked the rain drenching her dress and captured moments under the arch where they would have been married.
