We offer five distinct wedding collections: Standard Wedding Day, Upgraded Wedding Day, Standard Wedding Day + Rehearsal, Upgraded Wedding Day + Rehearsal, and 3-Day Weekend Coverage, each tailored to the scale and vision of your celebration.

Our Standard Wedding Day collection provides 10 hours of dedicated photography coverage, while our Upgraded Wedding Day collection extends to 12 hours for couples who desire additional time to document the meaningful details and moments throughout their day. For celebrations extending beyond the wedding itself, our Wedding Day + Rehearsal collections include additional coverage of your rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding gathering. Our most comprehensive offering, the 3-Day Weekend collection captures the full wedding experience, from welcome celebrations and rehearsal festivities to the wedding day and the gatherings that follow.

Based in Las Vegas and available for weddings throughout the United States and internationally, we've thoughtfully designed our domestic and international destination wedding pricing to make traveling with SOTE as effortless as possible. Our travel-inclusive collections account for round-trip flights, lodging, ground transportation and rentals, and daily per diem expenses, all incorporated into one fixed travel rate. No fluctuating travel costs, unexpected increases, or additional arrangements for you to coordinate. Whether you're celebrating close to home or across the world, we've taken care of the logistics so you can focus on what matters most.

Every collection features Kim as your lead photographer, a dedicated second photographer, timeless digital imagery, 35mm film photography, 120mm film photography, instant print film photographs, super 8mm videography (if added) and thoughtfully guided coverage. Our collections also incorporate aerial photography where permitted, along with high-resolution galleries and curated previews delivered within 72 hours of your wedding.

Beyond the photography, each collection includes The SOTE Experience, our signature approach to personalized service, intentional planning, and dedicated client care. From your initial consultation and custom proposal to photography timeline development and final gallery delivery, every detail is thoughtfully considered by our 6-person team of back-end support.
