The Best Vegas Spots For a Vintage Elopement
Madelyn + Nathan’s Stunning and Cinematic Las Vegas Elopement
As a wedding photographer in Las Vegas, I’ve worked with all kinds of couples—but Madelyn and Nathan’s wedding was one of those days I’ll never forget. It was short, intentional, and full of creative vision. From the beginning, they had a clear idea of what they wanted: something elegant, cinematic, and timeless
Their Vision
Madelyn and Nathan were calm, grounded, and clear about their style. They wanted their wedding to feel elevated but still true to themselves. From location choices to the timing of the shoot, everything was designed to create a sense of story—one that felt like it could have been a scene in a classic film. They weren’t flashy. They were thoughtful. And they carried that quiet confidence into every photo we took.
Stop One: Bellagio Elegance
We began at the Bellagio, taking photos during the late daylight hours. The goal here was simplicity and class. They didn’t want anything overly styled or dramatic—just clean, elegant portraits that felt timeless. The Bellagio gave us soft backgrounds, wide open space, and just enough of that iconic Vegas feeling to add charm without overpowering the couple. It was the perfect starting point.
Stop Two: The Little White Chapel at Golden Hour
From there, we moved to The Little White Chapel right at golden hour. The lighting was absolutely perfect—deep orange and red sunbeams lit up the entire space. The ceremony felt warm and cinematic, just like they had hoped. As the sun dipped lower, we captured the in-between moments that always mean the most: small glances, quiet laughs, and the comfort of being completely themselves. Golden hour faded into twilight, and the glow followed them through every shot.
Stop Three: El Cortez & Fremont Street
We ended the night at El Cortez on Fremont Street, which brought an entirely different energy. The lights, slot machines, and vintage interiors created a moody, nostalgic atmosphere. We leaned into the cinematic feel with dramatic shadows, neon lights, and quiet moments that looked like stills from an old film. It felt like we had stepped into another decade. The contrast from their soft daylight portraits to these bold, vintage-style images made for a complete, well-rounded story.
Final Thoughts
Madelyn and Nathan were a dream couple—graceful, easy to work with, and completely in sync. Their wedding day was brief but meaningful, and they made the most of every minute. I walked away from their shoot feeling honored to have documented it. They reminded me that you don’t need a big production to create something beautiful. You just need a couple who knows who they are—and a little bit of Las Vegas light.
